Application

The Ceraphant T is a pressure switch designed for the monitoring and control of absolute and gauge pressures in non-hazardous applications and is available with a wide range of process connections and measuring ranges.

Function

The process pressure acts on the sensor diaphragm and the pressure-dependent change in capacitance of the sensor is measured. A microprocessor evaluates the signal and provides an appropriate output.
